So lets get started with the ones i have so far.

Yes they did but its been offline now for years, I don't know why they don't make them freely available to referees via Whole Game System or members services. Just think how much fitter all referees would be.
As long as i keep getting them I will.
Still waiting for week 3 plan but here is the Gym session plan if unable to get to the pitch to train and some strength plans.
