I too am on iOS but use the progressive web app rather than direct through safari so I get push notifications etc I cant replicate what you are experiencing though

It’s being actively coached down here. Seen 3 or 4 teams being encouraged to shoot from them.

As a 6-5 candidate the criteria changed for me with youth games. I went from needing 7 games to get my 25 middles to needing 11. I’m now only 3 short of getting the 25 so hasn’t been too much of a problem

I’d have killed for one of those games yesterday.

As a larger chap, I can safely say the high intensity stuff wasn’t for me. Have recently completed the couch to 5k program and it’s worked wonders for me.
