Keep it fresh like Brian says. Try to go to the gym with a plan, spending 10 minutes on a Monday morning at work planning what your going to do training that week at the gym will save you walking about unsure what to do and getting bored of the same routine.

League rules up to supply only state an hour before KO. 2 Hours is unreasonable, for supply if you get there at 1:30 you will be waiting on your own most the time.

You haven't described the actual facts around the challenge. So we can't comment. What did you see? How did the striker go in? Was it in the air or on the ground? How much force was used? Who was closer to the ball?

If it's the same offense outside the box as inside its a foul. Don't use that. Just be strong and tell them b0llocks you're the referee not them.

I'm not clutching at straws at all. What you've described is more of possession, which isn't advantage. I'm not saying don't play advantage, but it has to be very good and not first of all at a risk to your match control and the game as a whole must need it. I won't be playing it just before...
