    Level 4 referee averaging above 73

    Hi, I’m currently above 73 with my observer scores. I’m ranked 19 overall at the moment. Sorry for not been clued up on this but what position do you need to be in to have a chance of promotion if you are averaging above 73? Thanks in advance.
