Please forgive me if I'm being dumb, it was my understanding that no handball offence if the ball came off your own body onto hand/arm was removed from the lotg a couple of seasons ago. I certainly can't see it in the FA lotg, but it still features on the ifab "what happens if" below this years...

Apologies for the poor video, I'm interested in your opinions on this penalty and whether it warranted a straight red for the defender. It seems massively harsh to me but I'm a Cambridge fan so admittedly it's hard to be objective.

Is it violent conduct? It's not really dogso but it's hard to argue against a red. It surely would've been easier to clear the ball though
