Ifab website law confusion

Please forgive me if I'm being dumb, it was my understanding that no handball offence if the ball came off your own body onto hand/arm was removed from the lotg a couple of seasons ago. I certainly can't see it in the FA lotg, but it still features on the ifab "what happens if" below this years up to date lotg.
Along side no handball offence from any ball played by a team mate which I really didn't know was a thing.

Typical from ifab giving conflicting information on different channels of communication. We used to have the lotg, their social media channels and emails, now we have this page.

My problem on this page is, what happens if a player is hit on the hand/arm, which is in an unnatural position, by the ball from a team-mate’s kick/header? One part of the page says it handball and the other says it's not.

For me, I stick to the lotg and take the rest of the channels of communication with a pinch of salt. They are only good when the lotg clearly doesn't cover something.
