Hi all, What does everyone think of this? Very pleased with the write up and a good chat after the game should aid my development. It was a current Football league assessor who came down to watch the match!

Thank you. I used the incorrect term, they are now classed as meetings. I'm not sure of exactly what goes on but I believe there are match scenario questions to test laws of the game, find out motivations and availability etc and anything else that may affect their ability to operate as a level 4.

Started with my first game in the middle- AFC Darwen v Accrington Stanley U18. This was followed by my game today: Blackburn Rovers U21 v Wigan U21 on the line, with Grant Holt playing 90 minutes! Excellent experience.

Done a nice mix of lines and middles across youth and OA, from bottom of the table pub league to games involving ex-pros and supply league reserve games. Enjoying OA far more than youth, find it easier! Communication is easier, you can manage a game through personality which gains respect...
