Can anyone recommend a decent book about refereeing or related to officiating in any way? Just finished Mark Halsey's book which was a good read but more based on his battle and experience with Cancer, as you'd expect. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Haha the point I was making was there is enough money in the game for referees in the championship/ League 1 to become full time professionals which would improve the standard if refereeing in English football. And for the record in very happy with my RAF career if that's what you were implying

What are the best pair of boots you've owned and your favourites to ref in? As always it's the black and moulded studs for me, the classic Adidas Copa's. Hated them as a player but then again refereeing has changed me ;)
