2 players on the same team

Hi guys just wondered what the course of action might be if 2 players on the same team spit / square up to each other

you ever seen kieron dyer v lee bowyer fight in the newcastle v villa game in the mid 00's? if needed, send them both off or caution them both as required. no different to players from different teams

Appropriate caution/send-off etc then restart with free kick or penalty to opposition (depending on where offence took place)

Used to be indirect free kick for offences against team mates. Recently changed to DFK (for physical offence).
