I got the Therabody Compression boots/sleeves as we go running alot and it helps so much with recovery. Legs feel new again after each use but it also helped reduce the inflammation and pain. Bloody hell, the nothern in me would rather have sore calves and achiles than shell out for those

Paying for the brand. Can get massage guns that do the same job as a therabody one for a tenth of the price.

I was forced off a Floodlit Youth game during the week after 38 minutes due to a calf strain. AR1 ably deputised but not something I'd want to happen again. Took the wind out my sails after a good start to the season
