The probable reason for only one reply last week was that the reply led you to a parallel posting on the same subject.
It is presumably on Teams, so just confirm when asked that you have nothing to add to your report, be prepared for questions and untruths from the manager/players, and remember you have done your job and are a witness, not on trial. Have your report clear in your mind.
