AS Roma vs Juventus

Min17,goal disallowed for handball.I was wondering since the ref took it as a deliberate handball.Why not a YC(attempts to score a goal by deliberately handling the ball)?

I didn't see it but I can only guess that the referee did not deem the player to have attempted to score with his hand, just deliberately handled a ball that happened to end up in the net.
