Chat Bar

Id like to see a chat room added to the top of the site i think it gets overlooked on the right hand side of the page and would get used more at the top. Just a suggestion

The chat bar hasn't been on the side in ages. Was causing issues when I upgraded the software

I'll have another look in to it
