Today's game saw Zwayer not give the PK after VAR recommended him to come look. Think he was right and yesterday's game shouldn't have been a PK either

Saw it described as a “UEFA handball“ and I think it’s the best description I’ve seen. Not surprised in the slightest that it was given, but I just don’t see it as a handball. Nobody appealed and nobody in the stadium expected it; came as a complete shock when the ref went to the monitor.
