Coin toss

Hi,
What should the coin toss look like at the beginning of the game. What should you tell the captains and what choices do they have

“Your the away team, do you want Heads or Tails?”

Then, to whoever wins the toss:

”You can have choice of ends, or kick off”

Then, if they choose ends, to the other captain “Ok - you’re kick off

or if the toss winning team choose to kick, to the other captain say:

”You have choice of ends”

(If sides are changing ends, give the whistle a blow, with your hands in the air do a sort of turning motion to indicate change ends)

To both captains: “Enjoy the game gents”

… and thats it.
