I am disappointed to learn that three referees from my county have been charged with failing to submit disciplinary reports........Now this is where "last weeks ref" comes from. The players (whom ever they may be) know they can get away with YC/RC etc...

Seriously, paperwork is part of the job for which we are paid. Suggest they are asked to refund their match fees!!!!
