Dissent at half time

If a player commits dissent at half time is it classed as a sin bin ?

Yes. They miss the first 8 minutes or 10 minutes (adults) of the second half.

It seems that morally it should be a sin bin, however the guidance from my county FA (Hampshire) and a neighbouring one (Dorset) is that it’s a standard C2 caution and not a sin bin.

I'm taking the standard C2 caution approach as that's what my RDM has said to do. That's good enough for me!
