Although I have already posted on this here forum I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm a Yorkshireman by birth but raised in a midlands family and moved all over the place as my dad was in the Armed Forces, so I've seen most of the UK and Europe. After I left the RAF myself I settled down with the wife in a little village near Doncaster not far from where she was brought up. I follow football, especially AFC Telford United, rugby union (Doncaster Knights, Leicester Tigers amongst others), cricket and baseball. I used to referee at rugby union in Yorshire League level til work got in the way more often than not and am retired from reffing now due to ill health.
