Was just wondering with expenses, do you charge per mile just to the ground or to the ground and back home?

You claim for both parts of the journey; there and home.

The amount of time I tell them my mileage, then they tell theirs and they ask why so much, is it cos I come a long way and the answer is 2 no rtn mileage" and their faces drop as they realise they;ve spent on, two, four seasons onl claiming one-way....!

In Leicestershire there is a set fee irrespective of distance travelled.
