FAW fitness test... passed

The dreaded fitness test took place tonight for the FAW Gwent FA referees. Glad to say I passed...just! (Don't think it was a good idea to go on a week's all inclusive holiday & come home 3 days beforehand though) Thanks to all the other referees for pushing me & each other all the way. Oh yeah & promoted as well.

Was it the 75m version or the previous 150m version?

It was 6x40 metre sprints in 6 seconds
Then 150 metres in 35 seconds, then walk 50 metres in 35 seconds x 16
Easy for some I know but I was knackered at the end.
