First Assessment

Had my first assessment today, when I get the report I'll post (the good parts ) it on here for everyone to scrutinise . Had a bit of a penalty shout, which I honestly didn't see (which I told the players I didn't see), and the assessor said that it was better that I told them I didn't see it rather than just wave it off. What are you opinions on this?

Honesty is usually the best policy, although not in every case.

If you don't see, you don't see. Be honest and tell them. If you've been on top of things all game and have developed a good rapport with players then you should be okay with saying "I didn't see anything there. You win some, you lose some, lads."
