First game, first red (of the season)!

I think untucked is fine if you're tall (unlike me) and have a shirt that isn't too big for you. Looks awful if it looks like you've got a dress on.

I TRY to keep my shirt tucked but being my height, the shirts are fairly short so movement tends to untuck them as I run!

Don't run so fast.

So after a long wait, we reach the first open age game of the season!

Local game between two new teams, 44th minute:
. Goalkeeper long kick out of his hands
. Bit of shirt tugging from one of the two midfielders to win the header
. Award the free kick
. SMACK - The great big midfielder elbowed the short little skipper straight in the nose, knocking him down with a broken nose
. Cue the mass confrontation
. Manage to gain back control of the situation quickly, the offender walks, straight red! Bye Bye!

Why? Absolutely no need for it? The game hadn't been feisty, came from nowhere and he won the free kick anyway? Please tell me this is a rare thing to happen in open age?

I had my first red in the first game of last season too!
