First injury

Managed to injure my knee and looks like I'm out for about 4 weeks. Highly frustrated is an understatement!!

Welcome to my world. Did my knee 3 years ago, was recovering well until yesterday. Went over on it again, now hurts like hell.

Rest it, rest it again, rest it some more. Don't push yourself, make sure you're 100% before you ref again

Yeah that's my plan, I'm going to take it slow before I think about running on it, rather give it a week more than I need than try and come back too soon!
