there're different kind of "murders", you're not looking for the same sentence if you accidentaly kill someone with a punch and if you kill someone with premeditation with a gun

In France we have the "Loi Lamour" which state that if you do something to a ref, you're looking for the same punishment as if it was to a police officer

I think what the widow did was brilliantly brave. showing the red card card that her husband did not get to show. truly tragic
