I think this has been discussed previously, Nonetheless, the issues discussed remain just as prevalent, so worth bring them to the fore again
I like the coloured shirt idea for young referees. The Respect campaign has been pathetic. I personally am unconvinced by Sin Bins and am especially suspicious of stats released by the FA & CFA with regards to effectiveness. I'm open minded as to how the initiative will go. The bottom line however, these problems need to be tackled from the top - down for any real progress to be made; and that's not gonna happen
