What is it you don't get? As others have said its a goal, nothing else

The player is in an offside position - and they do attempt to play the ball. So, there is that part of the law fulfilled, but it doesn't obviously affect the keeper or anybody else, so no offence.

Could you argue that it does affect the GK, as she starts coming out to close down the offside player, before having to divert over to the far player?

Personally I think that would be a valid argument. I don't think that happened here myself.
