I have been out for a while with injury and illness, and have felt my fitness has droped today, does anyone have a way I can get my fitness up incredibly quickly please?

Swimming is one thing. Hill sprints would be my other suggestion.

Careful not to overdo it though and pick up another injury
 
And make sure you are fully recovered before starting any regimen. Voice of bitter experience!
