None, but I'm in the fortunate position that my fixtures are well controlled by a very competent match secretary.

I think the issue round my way is that refs are appointed but then pull out for what ever reason. I was told by my FA there were enough refs for full coverage but the team I am reffing now were looking for a ref, I got put on that game when my fixture was cancelled after a team pulled out of the league.

I'm doing 3 games this weekend and I've turned down 2 so far.

Already turned down 2 for Sunday. Dire lack of refs in my local youth league but I’m already doing 2

Our league fixture sec and the league structure is pretty good. Only the youth section go around calling for referees. I think they would have more luck if they shifted from a Saturday morning to a Sunday game maybe...
