He probably "borrowed" it from someone who gives a lot of good advice on that league (not Dane lol). He used to play on that league and is one of the best man-managers I have seen. He is a great mentor to the less experienced referees and pushes those with more experience to be better.

Actually, it does have the desired effect, only the players who think they will get away with it,try it, and don't
