In-direct free kicks and direct free kicks

i am getting a little confused about some of the offences that result in In-direct free kick and direct free kick. I know the obvious ones like careless reckless and excessive force challenges are direct its just the ones like swearing spitting striking abusive language and others i am not to sure on... any help?

If you look at the LOTG 10 penal offences, they are all direct, any other offence that occurs that isn't one of those is an IDFK
