Just want to clarify something as my callback evening is in a couple of weeks. If, when the ball is in play, the goalkeeper has the ball in his hands and then commits an offence against an opponent eg punched someone while having his hands on the ball, what would be the restart?
Obviously it would be a red for VC but would it be a penalty as the ball is in play?

Just wondering about your line of thought. Is there any reason you can think of why this may not be a penalty?

I think because I have never seen it happen in my life that have never really thought about it, but ye thinking about it how can it not be a penalty .
