It comes with the territory. Referees couldn't do his job and he couldn't do a referees. He's never experienced the pressure of the referee and the referee has never experienced the pressure of a manager who's job is to win the premierleague.

This is where rugby style citing with video evidence would be invaluable. It got rid of the awful stamping and raking in the ruck in rugby union. They'd need to employ about a 1000 video evidence judges to keep up with the actions of the football league!
