Hi all,
I've just bought some match cards of eBay and they have a 3/4 circle on then next to the cautions and dismissals (circled in the picture). Does anybody know what this is/means?

Supposed to represent a clock I think

as the other guys have said its where you put the time of the yellow/red 23, 16/2that type of thing
