misconduct reporting

If a player gets a caution for a foul tackle in a game and then some time later calls the referee a cheat for example would the player be reported on the caution and the misconduct reports if not would you report the caution on the misconduct report?

Report the foul on the multi-caution card (USB) and separately report the sending off on the misconduct card.

I had a similar in my first game where Yellow goalkeeper was cautioned for dissent and later sent off for OFFINABUS. Two separate reports.
