MOAS reports

I'm a L7 lining on step 6 league. On MOAS it says club reports are available next to the fixture. Are these club marks? And can I access these or is it only for those on promotion or the referee?

This will be the referees mark, I expect, and you won't be able to see them.
Just as when it says misconduct report available.
