So, say that I'm refereeing a 4v4 U6 game IN THE US, kay? One kid picks up the ball in his own penalty area. What should I do? Is it a IDF or DF, or a penalty. How should I regulate the number of players blocking or have a player become keep. The pen boxes are like a 1 feet (or a fourth of a meter) by 2 feet (a half of a meter) which is very small. How should I penalize this action?
