Had the opportunity to use my new reuseable match cards Sunday, seeing as it rained all throughout the match served their purpose admirably.Despite my fingers being numbingly cold writing was then the issue oh! and actually holding the pen.

I used my all weather write-on-cards staruday http://www.refsworld.com/cards/write-on-cards/all-weather-match-card-single.html. Worked great with a pencil in the ~0C temperatur.
