New Tab on MOAS

Anyone know what the new Tab is for on MOAS:

I believe it is for national list and panel games. From this season, the full match coverage for games will be uploaded for officials to be able to view and key match decisions highlighted by match observers will automatically be available for the match officials to view directly linked to the feedback within their assessment.
