not great am going to do a line in the morning for Barnet U18 see how it feels have come off SSM Colney Heath Fixture

Hope to be resuming full attack on tuesday on the contrib at Chesham

Tried running a line today at Barnet U18 s v Dagenham & Redbridge Broke down after 15 mins had to have the Barnet Physio Ice my Achilles down for the rest of the game while sat on my backside watching look like a further couple of week out
