i am watching the arsenal liverpool ladies game and i notice referee mr rock isnt wearing a badge on his referee shirt, that isnt allowed in scotland, can anybody tell me is this common in england, i have never seen it before
It isn't common as you are expected to wear the badge of the competition or lower down the levels of football, your County badge.
It's possible that the referee has a new kit and hasn't had the opportunity of affixing his badge or that it has fallen off or his double sided tape has failed.
Not entirely true, I've never done it as any time the shirt was unbadged I used some double sided tape to apply a badge but I have seen many officials over the years without badges on their shirts and never been issue.
