Observation appealed and no reply

Hello,

I submitted an appeal on an observation to The FA, I had the confirmation eventually that it had been received. And since then nothing….
any ideas on what the next steps are? I’ve politely chased since but still nothing

2 weeks since I sent the appeal in. Was told response in 7 days

Yeah...pretty poor! Usually been dealt with quickly in my experience (was 2 days from recipt to outcome).

Only other suggestion would be anyone else at the FA who's contact you have! Is Peter Elsworth still there?
