Whereas Kick it out make it clear that context is irrelevant?

All of you obviously don't know the meaning of the word "racist"... A term can only be classed as racist if the person it is aimed at perceives it as racist. Now on a football pitch, using that word places you on dodgy ground no matter what however it can only be considered racist if the target deems it that way. I would still issue a dismissal for offensive language.... but be careful how you define racism....
