But the word in the LotG is, as you put it, 'the word'. It was not made up with a separate definition for football, if one of the seven direct free kick offences is regarded as reckless in a football match then it is worthy of a caution.
I knows, but only seven of the, are penal subject to their being careless, wreckless or with excessive force.There are ten penal (DFK) offences in the LOTG
