You don't get to decide if it is assault. You job is to report it, the CFA then decide. Or the police if it gets reported to them by someone present.

We made sure he was a considerable distance away before the restart, and its relatively public, the league it was in owns the land on which the pitches are on so it was really under the league managers jurisdiction as he owns the land so its on his property really. Didnt see that coach around again though.
