Simple query: Team scores a goal and are celebrating then subs and a sin binned player enter field to celebrate with the rest of the team. Are you warning them, ignoring them or cautioning for entering FOP?

Providing they are doing nothing stupid. I'm staying close to celebrations and politely asking them to return to the touchline ASAP.

Okay, that's what I did and I've been trying to be aware of celebrations more rather than head straight in the book.
