what will everyone be doing for their pre season?

me i have started going on runs and i will increase the distance after a week or so

Insanity lives up to its name. Not for the faint hearted and don't try a power squat unless your sure your knees are 100% :)
 
I've been doing regular bike rides every other night for past 2 weeks or so, gonna enjoy my holiday next week then start serious on the running when I'm back!:)
