I say the sum total of 'nowt of any substance' to the Captains. I've toyed around with speaking about Sin Bins and so on, but they're not interested.
I merely spout, 'let's crack on. We'll find out about each other after KO... Heads or Tails?'

That's about the sum of my pregame too. Sometimes I'll make small talk "How's your season going? Great, well, good luck today. Heads or tails?" Captains aren't arsed about what I say before the match anyway.
