The Welsh refs may be able to help here.

Did a BUCS game yesterday which involved a Welsh uni, I booked two players both from the Welsh Uni oblivious go to put these in on Whole Game then problem not on there, obviously the English FA have electronic caution report forms do the Welsh have the same.

Any help appreciated

They certainly don't have phone signal! Found that out the hard way.

As Sion said. Give them a ring on Monday and I am sure they will provide you with the relevant information for reporting the cautions.
