Firstly, what do people do for recovery after every match? Any tricks of the trade or is it mainly the old stretch and relax?
Second of all ive recently been suffering with/developed shin splints and anyone who has/had them knows just how painful they are. From what I've seen the best thing for it is rest and ice. Unfortunately I work so the rest part isn't really an option. Anyone found anything that works for them?
