Refereed my first open age game today and really enjoyed it ( I know not every game will be like this) . I’m looking forward to the new season and refereeing many more adult games as i go for promotion.

Congratulations, first rung of the ladder completed. Talk to, and make good use of your Mentor. Don't forget the saying about learning to walk before you run. There will be games that you do not enjoy, but they are usually far fewer than those that are enjoyable. Good luck for the future.
